He has held key executive roles such as Group Head of Quality Management and Patient Safety at Metro Pacific Health, Group Chief Operating Officer and Quality Management Consultant at Hoan My Corporation, Interim Chief Operating Officer at the ACC, FV Group, Quality Management Director at FV Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Chief Medical Officer at Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Manila, Philippines and currently as Quality Management Director of Saigon ENT Hospital.
Kat Kian Ching
As the Director of Operations at Regency Specialist Hospital, Mr. Kat Kian Ching brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront of healthcare management. Trained as a perfusionist, he boasts extensive knowledge in clinical services delivery, particularly in cardiac perfusion work. With over a decade of experience in healthcare management, he held pivotal roles, including Manager for OT, CSSD, and Centre of Excellence. His current responsibilities encompass overseeing Clinical Diagnostic services, Facilities, QIU, Occupational Safety & Health and Information Technology services at Regency. Notably, Mr. Kat’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Medical Bioscience from Monash University Malaysia and completion of the Southeast Asia Healthcare Leadership Program at Harvard Medical School.
