If you forgot your password, contact your System Administrator who will be able to reset your password. Once reset, it is recommended that you change your password.
The standard session timeout is set as 15 mins in QUASR. The countdown timer is set once the user is logged in and the session starts. When there is no activity (idle time), the timer starts and the user will be notified.
But as soon as there is user activity in this window (such as mouse move), the timer will reset and extend to another 15 mins.
3 Consecutive wrong password attempts will lock your account.
You will see either an error message saying “Maximum login attempts exceeded. Please contact system administrator for support” or “User account locked out. Please contact your administrator”.
This error message means your account has been locked. Your system administrator will be able to Unlock your account.
