Login / Logout #
- Open a browser on your desktop. You can use any browser of your convenience
- Type in https://dev.quasrapp.com/login/ in the browser URL bar
This will successfully load the QUASR application in the browser.
To Login:
- ● Go to Login to QUASR section of the page
- ● Type the username and password shared with you via an email
- ● Click LOGIN button
You are now successfully logged into QUASR application.
Note: Three consecutive wrong attempts will lock your account. So please contact your IT admin (System administrator) to unlock your account.
To Logout:
● Click on the icon next to the profile name (John Perry) at the top right of the page.
Change / Update Password #
To change user account password, expand the left side menu by clicking on
and then click on ‘Profile’.
Forgot Password #
If you forgot your password, contact your System Administrator who will be able to reset your password.
Once reset, it is recommended that you change your password.
Session Timeout #
The standard session timeout is set as 15 mins in QUASR. The countdown timer is set once the user is logged in and the session starts. When there is no activity (idle time), the timer starts and the user will be notified.
But as soon as there is user activity in this window (such as mouse move), the timer will reset and extend to another 15 mins.
Account Locked #
3 Consecutive wrong password attempts will lock your account.
You will see either an error message saying “Maximum login attempts exceeded. Please contact system administrator for support” or “User account locked out. Please contact your administrator”.
This error message means your account has been locked. Your system administrator will be able to Unlock your account.
Unable to Login #
If you are unable to login despite keying in the correct password, please close the whole browser (all tabs) and open a new window or another browser.
Now open a browser and type QUASR application URL https://dev.quasrapp.com/login/ and try again.
